WELCOME TO SILVERWINGS FALCONRY.

We  have lived in south Devon all of our lives and have grown up with love and respect for the countryside and nature that surrounds us.

Silverwings falconry is a family affair as all four of our children take an active role in the care and training of the birds.

Both of us have had a love for birds of prey for a long time but had to wait until home and work conditions were right to get our first bird.

In December 2001 Pete made the journey to Cornwall to pick up his first Harris hawk , a female who we called willow. From that moment the family was hooked and as the bird numbers increased (some of which lived in our front room until old enough to move into the aviary) we decided to share the magic of these birds with the people of Devon.
